Please note when ordering, that shipping upgrades reflect time in transit only. The actual ship date will depend on the time of day and order is placed as well as product availability. We accept returns and exchanges for up to thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this period.
To return or exchange an item please call 413-642-5973 to obtain a Return Authorization number. No returns will be processed without an RA number. RA numbers must be clearly printed on the outside of the returned package. All returned products should be packed securely for shipping. You are responsible for, and must prepay all shipping charges. You must also assume all risk of loss, or damage to the product while in transit to Pulse. If you return a product to Pulse without the RA number, or without properly packaging the item, Pulse retains the right to either refuse delivery of the item or charge a restocking fee.
Please open your package upon arrival and inspect all products and invoices. If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please notify Customer Service within 5 days of product delivery.
* Needles, Pigments, Medical Supplies, Disposables, and Flash cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
